The Company does not guarantee that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction. We may limit access to the Site from certain geographic areas or jurisdictions at our sole discretion.
3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
A. The Company offers three distinct subscription plans for clients, each providing varying levels of services and pricing options.

Quick delivery in milestones (as promised)
End-to-end service for the project
Pixel-perfect UI/UX Design and more
Includes no-code development (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Shopify)
2. Essential Plan
$6,500/month
Services: Direct communication with a senior designer
Daily updates and weekly calls
UI/UX animations and motion graphics
Brand identity and content creation
Includes no-code development (e.g., Webflow, Framer)
3. E-commerce Plan
Option 1: Email Marketing
$3,500/month
Services: Email marketing (design, strategy, copy)
Guaranteed 20–30% revenue from emails
2–3 email campaigns per week (minimum)
Setup of 8 automated flows with 40–60 emails within them
E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo)
Option 2: CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
$4,700/month
Services: Custom e-commerce landing page
Ongoing monthly CRO services
3–5 tests per month to optimize conversions
Designs tailored for optimized conversion rates
B. You can book a Free Discovery Call through the Site to discuss any of the plans and services provided.
C. The subscription payment schedules are monthly unless otherwise specified. Each plan's renewal and billing occur on the same date as the original signup.
D. Cancellation of any plan will stop future recurring payments but will not cancel any services that have already been paid for.
E. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel your subscription at any time if there is any indication of fraudulent or unauthorized use.
4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
A. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and we accept various methods including debit/credit cards.
B. Once a subscription is initiated, it is subject to recurring monthly charges unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
C. Refunds are not offered for recurring payments already made unless there is a specific error in processing. Refund requests can be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but the decision to provide a refund rests solely with the Company.

5. LICENSE AND OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT
A. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or business use. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.
B. All content on the Site, including design deliverables, remains the property of the Company or its licensors unless otherwise agreed upon. For commissioned work, ownership will be transferred to the client upon successful payment and delivery. However, the Company reserves the right to display work in its portfolio or marketing materials.
C. The Company retains a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables created for clients for marketing or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES
A. Users agree not to:
Engage in activities that are illegal or violate these Terms;
Reproduce, modify, or distribute content from the Site without permission;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other systems;
Post or share offensive, fraudulent, or defamatory content;
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Site.
B. Users found in violation of these Terms may have their subscriptions or services suspended or terminated without notice.
